Workshop participants were asked to select from four scenarios.

• Future development continuing as today's
• High growth in Yolo County from outward regional growth pattern.

• Lower growth rate.
• Balance of jobs and housing for new growth in the cities.
• Somewhat higher densities.

• Exactly like B, except higher growth which is placed in a "new town" north of Woodland.

• Lower growth rate.
• Balance of jobs and housing for new growth in the cities.
• Higher density housing, and new growth in redevelopment.
