Sutter County Workshop Scenario Summaries

Workshop participants were asked to select from four scenarios.

For more information about the different scenarios, please view the Panel Maps and the Scenario Maps.

Scenario A (1 Table)
  • Growth similar to current trends.
  • More housing than jobs, fairly low residential densities.
Scenario B (6 Tables)
  • Higher residential densities and more jobs than "A", including some industrial development in south.
Scenario C (6 Tables)
  • Same balance of jobs and housing as "B", with higher residential densities.
  • Mixed use development in south.
Scenario D (2 Tables)
  • Lowest growth in housing, with same higher densities as C.
  • Balance of jobs and housing.
  • No development in south.
