Placer County Workshop Scenario Summaries

Workshop participants were asked to select from four scenarios.

For more information about the different scenarios, please view the Panel Maps and the Scenario Maps.

Scenario A (0 Tables)
  • Continue current development trends.
  • More jobs than housing growth. Low density residential.
Scenario B (5 Tables)
  • Same total growth as A, but some growth focused in mixed use centers/corridors.
  • More diverse and higher density housing stock.
Scenario C (5 Tables)
  • Lower growth rate with balance of job and housing.
  • Similar growth in mixed use centers/corridors and housing stock as B.
Scenario D (10 Tables)
  • Higher growth rate with balance of jobs and housing.
  • Similar growth in mixed use centers/corridors and housing stock as B and C.
